I was highly impressed with the work completed by Stephen. Throughout the process—from the initial meeting on-site through to the quote and completion of work—I felt that a safe pair of hands was involved. I have to thank Integrity Piling for the great job completed. They handled 40 piles, a tricky water tank complication, and a messy brownfield residential site, all while dealing with a whole lot of rain halfway through the work. But Integrity Piling truly lived up to their name and completed the difficult job to my satisfaction. Thank you.

Integrity Foundations was the first company I contacted for my foundation repair needs. They efficiently arranged a site visit and gave honest feedback on the necessary work. What I initially thought was a simple task turned out to be more complicated, but Stephen provided solutions right away. To meet the agreed schedule, Stephen even worked until midnight for a couple of days. I really appreciated his hard work. Regarding communication, both Stephen and Sara were prompt in their replies and always kept me updated on work progress. The job has finished, and I am very happy with the outcome. I will use them again if I need any repiling specialists in the future.

I had a possible structural problem with my deck beams. After engaging a Structural Engineer for advice, I contacted Stephen to carry out the required remedial work. Straight away, Stephen knew exactly what to do upon a visual inspection—his advice matched the SE's without me prompting him first. The advice and scope of work were exactly what was required; he did not prey upon my anxiety about a possible deck collapse! Communication was outstanding. Thank you, Stephen.

I contacted Integrity Foundations for a very last-minute inspection of a house I was trying to buy. They were very quick to respond and managed to conduct the inspection and provide a quote for the work within just a couple of days, which I was very impressed by given the short timeline I had. I ended up buying the house and will definitely be using them for the work they quoted for.

I engaged Stephen to inspect the foundations of my house with a view to getting some repiling or re-leveling work done. Initial indicators were doors that wouldn't shut and wonky walls, etc. Sure enough, Stephen confirmed that re-leveling and partial re-piling were required. He promptly provided a detailed inspection report and quote to remediate the issues. The work was carried out efficiently, on time and within budget, and the site was kept clean and tidy. Plus, he kept me informed of progress at all times. The work made an immediate difference to the house, and I can now sleep easy knowing the house is on a solid foundation! Stephen was a pleasure to deal with and was absolutely professional. I would definitely recommend him! A++.

We contacted three builders to provide a quote for constructing a deck and boardwalk. Stephen Potter arrived on time, provided a quote that included a cost analysis, and was prepared to work around our crazy schedules. Integrity Foundations were not the cheapest by any stretch, but we were really happy that we chose them. Our deck is amazing: he used Vitex and stainless steel bugle screws, making our outdoor area a fantastic place to be. The boardwalk is perfect!
